1. What This Is

"The Replaceability Index" is an online tool that estimates how likely your job tasks are to be automated by AI. It is published by GmanCreations, a sole proprietorship operated by Shawn Geeman.

By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, stop using the site.

2. What We Are Not

We are not career counselors, financial advisors, or an employment agency. We do not provide professional career advice. Our scores and reports are informational tools only.

• We do not guarantee any career outcome or job security.
• We do not predict whether you will or will not lose your job.
• Our AI replacement scores are estimates based on publicly available data (Bureau of Labor Statistics and AI capability assessments). They are not predictions.
• You should not make major career or financial decisions based solely on our scores.

3. Free and Pro Tiers

The free tier gives you a replacement risk score and basic task breakdown at no cost. The Pro tier is a one-time $5 payment that unlocks the Pro Report.

Pro reports are digital goods generated after payment and completion of the report questions. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

4. Payments

All payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card information. By purchasing, you authorize a one-time charge of $5 USD (or the price displayed at checkout if we update pricing).

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Price changes do not affect purchases already completed.

5. Your Content

When you use the tool, you provide a job title and a description of your tasks. We use this input to generate your score and report. We do not store your job descriptions permanently. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.

You retain ownership of any text you submit. By submitting it, you grant us a temporary license to process it for score generation only.

6. Accuracy and Disclaimers

Everything on this site is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, about the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any score, report, or content.

• AI capabilities change rapidly. A score generated today may not reflect conditions six months from now.
• BLS data is updated periodically and may lag behind current market conditions.
• Individual job roles vary. Two people with the same title may face very different automation risks based on their specific responsibilities.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GmanCreations and its owner are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this service.

Our total liability to you for any claim related to this service is limited to the amount you actually paid us. For free-tier users, that amount is $0. For Pro users, it is $5.

8. Service Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

9. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use automated tools to scrape or bulk-access the service.
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit our reports without written permission.
• Misrepresent our scores as professional career advice, legal guidance, or financial recommendations.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer our scoring algorithms or API.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and methodology on this site are the property of GmanCreations. Our scoring methodology, UI, and reports are protected by copyright. You may share your own score for personal use. You may not reproduce our reports or methodology for commercial purposes.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. The "last updated" date at the top will reflect the latest revision. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
