If the Pro Report did not meet your needs, email us within 48 hours of purchase. The eligibility criteria and exceptions below apply.
Just send one email to hello@gmancreations.com with your email address or Stripe receipt, and we will process your refund within 3 business days.
The Details
The Pro Report is a digital product generated after payment and completion of the report questions. Because of that, we need a few reasonable limits:
When You Get a Full Refund
- You request a refund within 48 hours of your purchase.
- The report failed to generate or contained an obvious error (broken content, wrong job, missing sections).
- You were charged more than once for the same report (we will refund duplicates immediately).
When Refunds May Be Denied
- The request comes more than 48 hours after purchase.
- You have already downloaded, screenshotted, or shared the report contents.
- You disagree with your score. Our scores are estimates based on public data. A score you don't like is not a defective product.
- You purchased multiple reports and are requesting refunds on all of them. We will review these case by case.
How It Works
Chargebacks
If you open a chargeback with your bank instead of contacting us, we will contest it. We keep records of all purchases, delivery confirmations, and report generation logs. Please reach out to us first. We are reasonable people.
Free Tier
The free score and task breakdown cost nothing. There is nothing to refund. If you had a bad experience with the free tier, we still want to hear about it. Email us.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy at any time. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision. Changes do not apply retroactively to purchases already made.
